Out-of-Hospital Birth Class

Preparing for your home or birth center birth is an exciting time. This six-week course will provide you with coping techniques and tools you’ll need for an unmedicated birth. Topics will also include water birth, how to avoid and handle complications and what to expect at your out-of-hospital birth. You’ll also learn about your newborn baby and how to care for yourself in the early ‘babymoon’ days.
