Bradley Childbirth Series

Prepare for birth by learning the Bradley Method of Husband-Coached Childbirth®. Bradley classes are considered the most comprehensive childbirth class available. In addition to learning about the birth process and natural childbirth techniques, the class covers information on optimal fetal positioning, pregnancy nutrition, breastfeeding, postpartum, and newborn care. This class does not leave the dads out!! Fathers and mothers both find lasting value in learning about the childbirth process and going through this incredible journey as a team. Classes stress the importance of healthy lifestyles, informed decision making, and the process of labor and birth to allow for a calm and empowering birth by removing much of the tension and fear that can come with facing the unknown. It is ideal for families desiring less interventive and natural childbirth.

This class is taught by Jamie Castillo, AAHCC, wife and mother of two “Bradley babies.” Jamie is known for her approachable style and knowledge of both medical and natural birthing options. Cost is $275.00 per couple and includes student workbook.
